We’re sharing some embarrassing moments on Coffee with the Coaches this week.


Michael, Paige, and Ryan share some mistakes they made when starting CrossFit to spare you the trouble of doing the same.


Highlighted mistakes in Part 1: 1.) Skipping basic concepts about range of motion or skill/strength-level before advancing/adding weight. 2.) Not taking aches and pains seriously. 3.) Breaking out the lifting belt too soon/often. 4.) Going HAM all the time...because, CrossFit...duh? 5.) Getting too emotionally invested in your workout routine.
