Anyone who knows me knows that I’m not a big fan of “supplements.” Which is pretty uncharacteristic of someone who makes works in the Fitness Industry.

Supplement Companies have done a fantastic job of convincing the general public that they MUST have post-workout protein shakes, and recovery aminos, and pre-workout concoctions, and the list goes on and on…but I say this with strong conviction: Unless you’re a professional athlete (meaning you get PAID for athletic performance), there is a 95% chance that you do not need “supplementation” to your diet.
What you need is a better diet!
You can, and SHOULD, get all the protein, carbohydrates, and fats that you need simply from eating good food.
