We don't train body parts, we train movements. (Hip Hinge vs Squat)

It may be hard, but you need to do it. 

Your lower extremities are extremely capable of all sorts of feats of strength. 

We may squat the day after we deadlift. We may clean the day after we squat. 

It works. If it didn't work, we wouldn't do it:-)
