3. What is "Open Gym?"

 

"Open Gym" means that we don't have a structured class-session at that time. That's typically when the trainers get their own workout in, or they may have a Personal Training client that they are working with.

We always have a workout written up on the board for Open Gym, so you can do that, or you can make up a workout from earlier in the week, or you can do your own thing entirely...whatever you like. 

 

Please reserve your Open Gym sessions like normal so we can track attendance.
