2. What's the "Extra Work" all about?

 

The Extra Work can be done before or after your CrossFit session. It's not something that we take the entire class through, but it is there for you if you'd like some bonus cardio and/or strength training work.

 

It's designed for anyone looking to improve conditioning, speed up fat-loss, or increase mental tenacity. We post it on the board as a bonus, and you can tackle it alone, or with a "super friend" after the workout:-D
